Welcome to the website of the "Basic Sciences" and "Science, Technology, and Innovation Policies" Programmes for Latin America and the Caribbean.

The goal of this site is to offer an overview of the action lines in these fields as of the UNESCO Science Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, located in Montevideo, Uruguay, under the guidance of Mr. Jorge Grandi.
